Yes hi iam haveing problems where only get ding no voice say ok turing off lamp is there a setting I have to click on just dings nowhere else

Yes it is it's weird after I reboot it the voice comes back and the disappears

Hi there,

Thanks for confirming. This is a feature where if you command the Google Nest speaker in the same room (in the Google Home app) as the lamp, the Google Nest speaker will only play a chime sound after executing your command to turn off or on the lamp. The Google Assistant’s verbal response will happen if you use a Google Nest speaker assigned to a different room.
