Its possible make commands to nest mini in Russian language. I asking about simple commands like "Turn on lights", "Play music", "What time is it" . I set Russian as a second language in device and rebooted. When i said commands in Russian, google assistant doesn't understand me at all.

Russian isn't a supported language for use with speakers and displays, unfortunately.

Change the language of Google Assistant - Google Nest Help

See the "Languages that you can use" section at the bottom.
