Hi EmCan,

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble with your Google Home Minis and Google Nest Hub devices connection to the Wi-Fi. Let’s further look into it. Were there any recent changes to your router settings or its location? Is your router dual-band? Which band are your devices connected to? Did you also reboot your router?

Try to factory reset one of your Google Home Mini devices and set it up again in the Google Home app. If it still fails to connect to your Wi-Fi, change your router’s DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. Reboot the router, and then try to reconnect Google Home Mini once more. Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Alex

Last three days, all 6 google mini and google hub in my house suddenly are not working. I have no problems with my wifi and i have reboot all devices. Google minis and hub says “sorry something went wrong, try again in a few seconds”. What should I do and where do I get them fixed? I had purchased my google minis about 9 years ago and my google Hub 3 years ago.
