Mi equipo al configurarlo para conectarlo se conecta a Internet y se actualiza. Luego se apaga y se vuelve a conectar . Así sucesivamente. He intentado de todo. Ayuda !!!

This certainly hasn’t been easy for you. Let’s further look into it. Is this the first time you’ve set up your Google Nest Hub Max on your Wi-Fi? Are you using a dual-band router? If yes, have you tried connecting the Google Nest Hub Max to both bands? What is the current distance of your Google Nest Hub Max to the router?

If you can, kindly share a video showing its exact behavior when it's doing the update.
