Compre mi google nest hub en USA, hace 6 meses y lo uso en Colombia todo este tiempo, hasta semana cambie mi proveedor de internet y me toco reiniciar el dispositivo para configurar el nuevo internet y desde ese momento cuando está configurado, comienza a actualizar y se apaga y enciende y vuelve a actualizar solo.

hace eso por mas de 1 dia y nada.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about your concern. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should. What is its distance from your Wi-Fi router? You can refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest speaker or display.

Thanks for posting. Did you just change your internet provider too? If that’s the case and your device was working before using your previous internet provider, try to contact your current internet provider so they can help you reconfigure your router.

Alguien pudo solucionar este problema?

Reinicie mi equipo y ahora al querer configurar se actualiza y se apaga. Así en boocle.

It is useless, my home nest hub became unusable because it could not update, leaving it in an infinite loop. I demand my right as a consumer to put an end to this problem since there are several of us affected.

He conseguido solucionarlo, desactiva las actualizaciones automáticas de firmware desde Google home entrando en la configuración de tu nest. Luego más tarde lo puedes volver a activar cuando tu nest pare de reiniciarse.

Si, al final lo conseguí, He conseguido solucionarlo, desactiva las actualizaciones automáticas de firmware desde Google home entrando en la configuración de tu nest. Luego más tarde lo puedes volver a activar cuando deje de reiniciarse

Siii, google home, vas a dispositivos y pulsas en el dispositivo nest que has configurado. En la esquina superior izquierda te aparece la típica ruedecilla de ajustes, la pulsas y le das a la opción información del dispositivo. Ahí aparece actualizaciones automáticas de firmware activado, lo pulsas para desactivarlo y debería funcionarte. Así lo hice yo

Can you share what version of Google home you have? I don't see the option to deactivate The updates automatically, I have the latest version from the play store and this option is missing

la verdad solo cambio de enlace internet a una red 2.4 con otro proveedor y se configuro de manera normal
