Google nest lines

I tried restarting my google nest 2nd gen ,resetting etc. still not working properly , has lines across the screen and it is still responding to me touching the screen and when I try to speak to the device it is still responding back but the screen is not visible because of what looks like black or red horizontal lines covering the majority of the screens display area
