Won’t play K-LOV (KLOVE) radio, why?

I have been able to listen to KLOV radio on my speaker forever! Now it will only play for 1 min and turns off. But other stations will play just fine. I have tried the following on all 3 of my speakers: forget device & added it back, factory rest, unplugged, as individual speakers and as a group. TuneIn will give me other stations or won’t play it. IHeart plays another station/doesn’t have it available. Why is this happening only with K-LOV (KLOVE) radio.?

Agreed same issue here and the same with the Christian radio station Air One.

When did it begin? Were there any recent changes made? Are you getting the same experience when you use your phone’s Google Assistant?

Mine started right after your latest downgrade. It use to do just fine and it does not mater what device I use it has the same result. wont play Air-1 and wont play k-love. if you tell it to play air one it says playing K LOVE then goes to some other station.... you tell it play K-love it plays some country station out of TX. If you tell it to play some off the wall station seems ok with that just not the christian radio stations cant help but think something else is up here

I have gen 1 & gen 2 google mini/nest speakers. The issue started the beginning of December 2023. iHeart radio gives me the country station from Texas as well. Yet, K-LOVE is listed as a station on the app/website. TuneIn plays the ads and then 30 seconds of the K-LOVE station and then stops playing. I have also tried listening to The Message on iHeart radio and it won’t play that either. Anything else that I ask for plays from both iHeart radio and TuneIn. What is the issue with Google and Christian stations?

Hi folks,

Thanks for the details you’ve shared. You can refresh your devices and observe if it makes a difference. First, reboot your Wi-Fi router, and once the network is back up, do the same thing to your Google Nest speaker. If this did not work, try the factory reset; this erases all your personalized settings and restores the factory default settings. It won’t automatically reconnect to WI-Fi, and you’ll need to set it up again. Check out the article below to know more about it.

Thanks, But tried that several times and still dont work. Something else I noticed is any time you tell it to play Air One it will play K-love for a couple of minutes then it plays a commercial right in the middle of a song and cuts off the station. SO to touch on your basis or theory WHY WOULD RESETTING THE DEVICE WORK WHEN THERE ARE MANY OTHER PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME ISSUE? If it was one device I could see the cut and paste solution you provided but its not just me or my device this is a global problem when you get multiple people chimin in on this saying there having the same issue??????

Having the same issue with my Google Hub Max and Google Hub displays.

When I say play KLove on iHeartRadio it used to work. Now it plays Country Legends 97.1 station.

If I say play KLove it goes to Audacy and plays The Loop Radio, before it used to open KLove on TuneIn.

I have same problem, and it plays the country music starting a month ago. I tried "Hey Google, play Klove on Tune In" and that worked.
