Google nest hub not factory resetting

We’ve tried everything to reset the google nest home. We haven’t even had this product for a year!

Hold both volume up and volume down buttons (at the rear right) for 10 seconds to reset to the factory settings.

Pressing and holding both volume buttons on the back of the Google Nest Hub for 10 seconds or so has worked for us.
