In the meantime, let's check a few things:

Make sure your Wi-Fi is working properly by connecting another device to it.
Make sure the speaker or display is within 15-20 ft (4-6 m) of the Wi-Fi router.
Verify you're entering the correct Wi-Fi password during setup.
