Alarm for working days

I've got a smart clock, which I'm using for setting alarms. I could set a wake-up alarm Mon-Fri easily, in former times. In German it's "wochentags". Yet, this functionality was obviously removed. Now, whenever trying to set my alarm Mon-Fri, smart clock comes back with "Sorry, I couldn't understand you."

I have no idea how to set an alarm Mon-Fri, now, as Google Home App only supports removing alarms, but not adding.

Any advise? I'll throw my smart clock into the bin if this feature doesn't work - as it's completely useless, in that case.
