Exactly, implementing the Polish language into Nest Hub 2 is probably not that difficult? It works fine on Android phones. Are you working on it??

Thanks for posting on our community space, I understand your frustration. While the Nest Hub 2 might be available for purchase in Poland through some retailers, Polish language support isn't currently available on the device itself.

Here's what I can tell you:

Official Sales vs. Retail Availability: Nest Hub 2 might be sold in Poland by authorized retailers, but it's not officially launched in the Polish market by Google. This means our official store doesn't carry it and Polish language support isn't prioritized yet.
Language Roadmap: We're constantly working to expand Google Assistant's language capabilities. While Polish isn't currently supported, your feedback is valuable. It helps us understand the demand and prioritize future languages

Keep an eye on Google Nest announcements and updates. We might announce Polish language support in the future.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We appreciate your understanding and hope to bring Polish language support to Nest Hub in the future.

Can't you just say "yes, we are working on introducing the Polish language to Nest Hub 2", or "unfortunately, the Polish language will not be supported in these devices". An answer like yours is a bit unprofessional.

My question was:

Why is Google selling the device to Polish stores if it does not provide support?

According to the regulations of the European Union, a product sold in a country must have instructions and support in its language, in this case Polish.

What is the problem to introduce an official update of Polish language support when there are other forms with the iPhone through which the Polish language is available.

Therefore, please give me an answer why Google sells to Polish stores the product.

I hear your disappointment. While you might find Nest Hub 2 at some Polish stores, it doesn't currently work in Polish. Here's why:

Official Launch vs. Retail Sales: Though authorized retailers in Poland might sell Nest Hub 2, Google hasn't officially launched it there yet. This means Polish language support isn't available yet because it's not a top priority for the region.
Expanding Languages: We're always adding new languages. While Polish isn't on the list right now, your feedback is important! It helps us understand what languages people need and plan for the future.

You still haven't answered my question.

My question is:
- why is Google selling the product to Polish stores when you don't support the product?
- Why are you breaking the rules of the European Union by selling the product without the Polish language?

And why do you discriminate?
Why only people with iPhone can have Polish language in nest hub 2?
