Best hub restarts at night and lights turn on.

It restarts itself at night and when it does it it turns all the lights in the same room. Then I need to wait for it to finish restarting and then I can turn off the lights. It is annoying because it is at night (3-4 am)

What is the brand of the lights?
Does this happen at the same time each day?
Do you have routines set up in your Google Home app?

Does it make a bootup sound when it starts normally and if yes, does it make that same restart sound in the middle of the night?

The reason I ask is because all my Google and Nest devices are having WiFi problems (none of my other devices are having problems, it's isolated to just my Google branded products), and to help diagnose it I set up notifications from my Deco WiFi app to inform me when a speaker connects or disconnects from my WiFi.

Interestingly, ALL of our Google or Nest branded products disconnect and then reconnect to our WiFi every single night, between about 3 and 4am.
