Replacement of Google Next Hub

It's almost more than 1 year, still I am waiting for the mail or call from Redington.
My hub were under warranty and already shown the faulty screen to Google and they told Redington will contact you further for the replacement process.
I tried to connect to the Redington India, Bangalore location but no contact no. in use.
