Hi,

Is there a way to limit the maximum volume on google nest hub max? And if not is there a way to programmatically read and adjust the volume level using any API? Since it's doable using the google app on the phone, I guess such an option is available?

Thanks.

As far as I'm aware no. These are the supported ways to control the volume:
Control the volume of Google Nest speakers and displays - Google Nest Help

Thanks for trying David, but this indeed doesn't help at all to control the maximum volume 😕 So far I'm trying to use an Android emulator and a screen control using the google home app. Then I will have to try sniffing the network packages to figure what is the API call done to be able to reproduce it. It's long and totally overkill for something will should be pretty straight forward 😞
