    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for responding.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It went through the usual set-up steps until the end where you need to press the 'done' button.&amp;nbsp; This happened around 8 times with every factory reset.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've returned the device for a replacement.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Nest hub max 'almost done!' screen unresponsive</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The "finish setup" button is unresponsive.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm stuck in this screen. I have tried factory reset multiple times. Tried setting up under a new 'home'.
