I have noticed that there small tall black lines on my nest hub 2 why is that?

To better assist you, I'd like to ask the following:

When did this behavior start?
Was the device dropped or knocked over?
Is the display still working?
Is the Google Assistant on the display still working?
What's the version of your display? Here's a helpful article about how to find the version of your Nest device.
Would you mind sharing a photo of the display showing the black lines?

For now, you can try the following:

Reboot the Nest Hub 2. For instructions, refer to this article: Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display.

when it has started I am not sure,no damage/harm was done no I didn't drop it, display is still good to touch,yes it works, the cast version number is 3.73.411796 and I have uploaded the picture to show you.
