My Google nest audio speaker stuck on 4 dots AT POWERUP

Hi, I came home from vacation and found my Google nest audio speaker not functioning. I unplugged it, plugged it back in and it is stuck at four dots while booting up. I unplugged it overnight. Try it again and nothing changed. I tried holding the soft button for 10 to 30 seconds. Nothing happened. Any ideas?

have tried the plug unplug for 10x with 10 sec in-between, but that did not work.
