Nest Audio Smart Speaker will not turn on

My Nest Audio Smart speaker stopped working this morning. Tried unplugging for 60 sec or longer multiple times and still doesn't work. Verified 24v coming from wall plug so it's no the transformer. No lights come on or any sign that it is booting up.

Any suggestions?

If the power adapter is giving the proper amount of juice and nothing's happening I would suspect a faulty unit. Hopefully it's still within warranty?

That’s what I was thinking as well however the unit all of a sudden lit up yesterday when I touched it so it’s back working. Very strange as it would not power up for several days.
