Can no longer cast youtube videos to home display

I used to be able to cast youtube videos to my Google home display, from my Android tablet. Now when I click on the cast icon, I get the "Connect to a device" menu, but the only options are "searching for devices", link with TV code, and learn more. My "Kitchen display", nor any other available displays, no longer appear as choices. Eventually the searching option is replaced with "no device found". My tablet and my display are on the same wifi network. Like I said, this used to work fine, until the last week or so. Have tried to cast from my Android phone also, no luck there either. Also tried unplugging the display, then restarting it. Again, no luck. What changed?

Thanks for reaching out. Have you try resetting the device you are casting to? I sometimes have the same issue and resetting the device by unplugging for 30 seconds helps.

This might work but haven't had occasion to try it yet. Previously I didn't leave it unplugged that long. Thanks, will update next chance I get.
