Suddenly it stopped showing the temperature, the time is visible, but the temperature only shows __°

I have already reset the device, also to factory mode and it still does not show the temperature, I have already changed the photo frame and nothing.

The firmware version is 3.73.411796

Make sure that you've set your weather units in the Google Home app. Note: This can’t be done using your voice.
Make sure that you've set your work and home locations either in the Google Home app or in Google Maps. Note: This can’t be done using your voice.
Confirm your device address.
If the speaker or display don't provide the information that you requested, be more specific with your request.
