Nest Hub Setup on Different Wifi

I’m a currently at University and am looking to use my Nest Hub, however I need to use a different network than the one my phone is on to connect my nest hub as the network I am on uses a username and password and the other network I can’t use on my phone. Is there a way to make this happen? If not what should I do?
