Update: Resolved!!

I've unplugged and done all the tricks but still stuck on 2 lights!!

Does the issue persist continuously or intermittently?

What are the colors of the LED lights? If they are red, an update is taking longer than expected.

In the meantime, you can check the following troubleshooting steps:

Nest Mini Firmware:

Ensure all Nest Minis have the latest firmware. Check for updates in the Google Home app.

Device Hardware:

Check for Damage: Inspect the Nest Mini for any physical damage.

Device Restart:

Restart your Nest Mini. Please check the following article to Reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display or to review the Google Nest and Google Home device LED lights.
