Can’t hear Google assistant from my nest hub

Hello,

My issue is that now when google assistant is responding to me his voice is played by my bluetooth speaker. Before only the music was played through my bluetooth speaker and all the talking with the google assistant was coming from my google nest hub speaker. How can I split music playing only on my bluetooth speaker and google voice only on my nest hub ?

To better assist you, please provide the following information:

What specific brand and model of Bluetooth speaker are you using with your Nest Hub?
Does this issue occur consistently, or only when you use particular voice commands?
Could you please check and share the firmware version of your Nest Hub?

In the meantime, there are some troubleshooting steps you can try:

Check for updates to the Google Home app.
Close and reopen the Google Home app.
As a last resort, clear the app cache and data (this will remove saved preferences).

Try these troubleshooting steps with your Nest hub:

Restart your Nest Hub. Please check the following article to reboot Google Nest or Home speaker or display.
Unlink and relink your Bluetooth speaker in the Google Home app. Refer to this guide for assistance: Connect third-party smart home devices in the Google Home app.
