Google assistant wont set an alarm on my new Harman Karden Citation Oasis clock speaker

Hi, I bought a new smart clock speaker as my old one kept turning off and not waking me. I bought a Harman /Kardon Citation Oasis and connected it to wifi. The speaker is great and GA works to turn off smart lights and play music etc. BUT it says I don't understand when I try to set the alarm. This is a big part of buying this product as I need the alarm. I've tried rebooting and emailing supplier but no luck. Can anyone help me please?

It would have been nice to know how you ask for an alarm. "Hey Google, 6am Alarm"..????
