    <description>&lt;P&gt;Ok, &amp;nbsp;some assistance please.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My google hub max stopped connecting to the internet. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;before you ask the obvious, &amp;nbsp;i have rebooted and reset the device several times. &amp;nbsp; From a new hours to a few days before restarts. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;The router is fine, modem is fine. &amp;nbsp; It worked perfectly before and did not change the settings. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i cannot get it to connect from all the things i have tried. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It just suddenly started acting this way.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i &amp;nbsp;have rebooted snd reset the device several times over the past 3 days and no change. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have had this device for about 3 years. &amp;nbsp;Have had no issues prior to this malfunction. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;im very familiar with computers and routers. &amp;nbsp;Nothing is wrong with them. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Could you please provide the next information?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;The device firmware version&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The device model and serial number&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The make and model of the customer’s router&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;The last activity the speaker did before it started to disconnect&lt;/LI&gt;
