Jbl link 10 connects but shows up as Offline

It won't fully connect. It says log in through the google Home app, but yet I have, and it's connected, but it shows it's offline and I can't use it unless I cast my Audio then I can play music

Set up smart home devices:

If you haven’t already done so, follow the steps provided by the device maker to set up your smart home devices.

Connect smart home devices in the Google Home app:

Open the Google Home app.
Tap Devices > Add > Works with Google Home.
Select the device maker from the list.
To complete the setup, follow the app steps.
