Hi Mychal,

Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that the Google Nest Mini speakers are not working properly. Don't worry, I'm here to help.

For your concern, please try the below steps:

Reboot your Wi-Fi router and your Nest speaker or display.

Unplug the power source for ~one minute and plug it back in.

Nest speaker or display

Disconnect the power cable from the speaker or display.

Reconnect the power cable back into the speaker or display.

Once your internet is connected, try to see if the issue persists.

If the issue is the same, factory reset the speakers and set up the devices again to see what happens.

Let me know how it goes and keep me posted.

Regards,

In the last week, 3 Nest Mini (and secondary wifi point with speaker functionality) have started saying offline for several hours at a time. Google Home shows them connected. A Google Hub works, the Nest Door Bell works. They are all connected to google wifi (not pro) using Google DNS. Everything else throughout the house is working fine, there are ~30 devices online, its not a wifi issue. They start working a few hours later without any intervention, this seems like a service side issue and its just giving the error that they are not online and to check the router.

Have there been any known service issues in the last week or so? Anything else to consider/check?
