Google Nest Hub Max camera doesn't work?

I can't connect my camera feature on my Nest Hub Max to my existing Google Home. I created a new home to see if it would work, and it does. Then I deleted the "test" home and tried to connect to my current home again, but it didn't work. How come it works in the test home environment that I just created but not in my current home app?

Do you already have some nest cameras connected to your home? I've seen on here that people have had to delete their current cameras, add any Hub Max, then add the camera back.
