Automation Problem

I have have a Nest Home Hub 2nd Gen. We have a household with me and my wife as managers. I want it to play my playlist on spotify at 6.30am for 15mins and then play her paylist on spoitify at 7am. We have a spotify family account with voice match turned on the hub.

It plays mine with out issue but not my wifes, the automisations as set as personal ones within the home app on each phone but I can`t get this to work. I have removed my wife from the home and re-added her, removed the device and re-added that and also re-booted it but no look any suggestions please? I moved from the Echo which manged i by splitting trhe account but want to use Google and it is becoming very frustrating

Thanks for posting. I'm sorry to hear about the situation that you are experiencing with your automation to play Spotify with your account and your wife's account. I understand how frustrating it can be when things do not work as expected. But don't worry; I can help. I just need you to try this automation, but first you need to create a new home structure on the Google Home app so you will be able to get separate accounts and two different automations; then add the speaker that your wife is going to use and link her account there; create the automation for the time that you prefer, and make a test.

We have one home with multiple accounts and devices. We both want to use the same display to play our own Spotify playlist at different times with a gap

We have both set as personal routines and it works for one other other but never both.

Thanks for the reply. I understand that you want a personal routine that uses two different Spotify accounts. In this case, this option is not available since even a single person or multiple people are using a Google Nest or Home speaker or display; each person can only link a single account for each streaming service. But we appreciate your feedback. We're constantly working on improvements, and your input helps us shape future features.

We do have a family spotify account so it is linked separate Spotify accounts. Just to confirm we can't have a personal routines for me pointing at my Spotify account and a personal routine on my wife's account pointing at her Spotify account on one device?
