1. Change your phone's language settings:

Go to your phone's settings.
Find Language & Region (or similar).
Add English (United States) as a language.
Set your region to the United States if that is your region.

2. Change Google Assistant's language:

Open the Google Home app.
Go to Settings (usually in the bottom right corner).
Find Google Assistant and then manage all Assistant settings.
Go to Languages.
Select English (United States) or EN_US.

3. Restart the Google Home app:

Change the languages on the app.
Close the Google Home app completely.
Reopen the app.

4. Set up your device as usual:
