    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have owned the Nest Hub Max for about 2 months now and twice I have had the "black screen of death". I have never been sure about the quality of Google products after poor reviews on their phones and Nest hub, but thought I'd make my own decision and buy my first. I wish I stayed with Amazon. I have read this and other forums and have tried all of the work around, and yet it still happens. I will try getting my money back from where I bought it because I doubt very much Google will do s.d all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Alright, finally I was able to resolve this problem and get my Nest Hub back online, up and running!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I did is hard reboot! Steps are as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 1: Unplug the power adapter&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 2: Press both Volume Up and Volume Down buttons together.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Step 3: Plug the power adapter while holding the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Volume Up and Volume Down buttons&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;together.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 4: Release both&amp;nbsp;Volume Up and Volume Down buttons “immediately after” you the screen lights up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 5: Wait for a about 5 minutes or until you see further instructions on screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 6: Follow on screen instructions to factory reset device.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Step 7:&amp;nbsp;Wait for a about 5 minutes or until you see further instructions on screen. (To me it took about 2-3 minutes to get next screen, until then I was getting G-Logo Screen again)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
