I cast YouTube Music to it, it's shows as casting but no music plays, even the timer on the song stays still

Thank you for your patience and your reply back! That is definitely an odd issue that your Google Nest Mini would stop working after moving it to another room.

I just wanted to confirm, did you try conducting a Factory Data Reset on that one Google Nest Mini?

A factory reset will reset your Google Nest or Home speaker or display to its default factory settings.
Note: This action will clear your data from the device and can't be undone.
