Nest Hub V2 not charging battery

Nest Hub 2nd generation not charging built in battery.

Have tried two different receptacles on 2 different circuits with same result. Tested both receptacles.

Tested power supply connection.

Table powers up when plugged in and powers down when un plugged from power source.

This is the second Nest Hub I have tried with the same results.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

Built-in battery??? I don't think so.

I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Hub (2nd gen) isn't charging its built-in battery, even after you tried plugging the device into two different power supplies with the same result. I understand how concerning this is, especially since this is the second Nest Hub you've experienced this with. I'd be happy to help with your concerns!

To better understand the situation, I'd like to clarify if you're referring to the fact that the Nest Hub isn't able to stay on unless it's plugged in?
