    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all - I moved, and I DID remove each device from the old home, then delete the old home, in that order.&amp;nbsp; Now in the new home when trying to setup my Google Nest Hub Max I get "this nest hub max is connected to another account or home."&amp;nbsp; I have been the only owner, and the devices are not registered in any other homes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting in the community. I'm sorry to hear that you can't set up your Nest Hub Max back to your account for an error message&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;"connected to another account or home".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Help’s here.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;At the moment, i need to ask these questions below:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What troubleshooting have you done so far?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Do you see any led light on the Nest Hub Max?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;In the meantime, please do the following troubleshooting steps:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Attempt to set up the Nest Hub Max again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the same error message appears&lt;/SPAN&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Force close the Google Home app, but&amp;nbsp;don’t tap Exit setup.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Reopen the Google Home app scroll down to the bottom of the Home page.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Check if their Nest Hub Max is listed under Other Cast Devices or Local Devices.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If found, choose the device, assign it to a room, and link it to the account.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Unplug the device.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Wait for at least 48 hours.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Factory reset the device attempts to set up the device again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
