Hi, i've several Google Mini / Google Nest in my house.

All worked fine from years.

Five days ago, asking to one "Hey Google, play Pink Floyd" it reply: "Ok, i'll play Pink Floyd on Deezer" and few seconds later "Sorry, there is a problem"

If i try to cast from Deezer app from my Android phone, it play correctly.

If i ask "Ok Google, play some music" or "Ok Google, play my favourite songs" it works.

I'm italian and live in Italy, the above commands and reply was in italian, not english.
But i've read that both italian and english speakers have problems with it from five days ago.

It seems that api to search music isn't avaliable.

Hi @andreaairaldi,

Thank you for reaching out to the community! I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing inconveniences when trying to play specific songs with Deezer Premium. Let's get this resolved!

To provide you with the best possible solution, I need some information about your devices:

What is the firmware version of your device?

Were there any recent changes to your Google Home app settings before this issue started (e.g., adding a new home member, changing your address, switching to a new phone)?

What is your Google Home app version?

I'll be ready to assist you further once you provide this information.

Best regards,

Debora
