&lt;P&gt;I think that in order to isolate the reasons and to find a solution to this situation, it is necessary to consider the related factors, so please reply to the following questions:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When did the issue begin?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Were the music play settings in the app recently changed?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Can you please check that the music play settings have not been changed?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Is there a time limit for the songs being played, for example, a 3-minute duration before returning to the menu for every program?&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Did you recently change the Google Nest Hub Max or the router location?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Nest Hub Max won’t play media for more than a few minutes. No matter if it is a Youtube video or Spotify audio, it starts playing but after a few minutes it stops and goes back to the home screen. It is the same if I cast from my phone, or I use the voice or touch controls to start payback.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
