Nest Hub 2 Assistant listening to Radio

When playing radio on my Nest Hub Gen 2 (latest firmware), sometimes when I say "Hey Google volume <something>" the hub changes the volume as expected, but then the Assistant seems to listen to the radio and returns some response on the screen (in general something like "I don't know, but I found this, xxxxx") . At night the screen then stays on brightly instead of being dimmed.

This is really annoying. Anyone seen this ?

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps on your own?
When was the device purchased?
Where is the Nest Hub (2nd Gen) installed?
Is there any light that shines directly on your Nest Hub during the night?
