Then I would remove/sign out of the old account that you can't remember on the phone or whatever the handheld is. After that, I'd log in using the new account and from there, I'd open the Home app. Home app should find your factory reset Hub, and from there, just follow the setup flow.</P> <P>Keep in mind, since you do not know the password for the old account, everything associated with that old account will be lost in the cloud, including music, movies, or anything else. You will be starting from scratch and there's no way to avoid it.
