"Move" command no longer working on Nest Speakers

When playing music (Spotify) through a speaker I used to be able to say "...Move to 'alternative speaker name'" and Google would stop playing on the original speaker and start playing on the alternative speaker. Now, the original speaker responds "Sure, I'll play it on 'alternative speaker name'" but it doesn't, it just continues to play it on the original speaker and not on the alternative speaker.

When did you first notice this change in behavior? Was it after a specific update to your Google Home app, your Spotify app, or your phone?

Are those speakers under the same home structure?
Is this happening with all media apps, or just with Spotify?
