Google Home problems with connected devices and automations

For the past two days Google Home has stopped playing my automations which have been working for years. It also is reporting that some devices are offline even though I can turn them on/off in the Google Home app but when I use voice, it say they are offline. It started a few days ago and has been happening more frequently during the days since. I have 1 nest max display and several first gen google home minis and several google home speakers. I have many Philips Hue Lights and some TPLink switches. Everything was fine until a few days ago when this all started. Everything works in the app but not always with voice and it's getting worse. It happens on all speakers and with all devices.

My issue is somewhat similar.

I asked my google home mkini speaker to " Do something spooky". After that I could still control the on/off and brightness of those particular lights, but not the colour. It says the lights are off-line. I can change it in thr google app and my phone's voice assistant, but not through the google speakers. I've reported it to support and they're looking into the issue. I sounds like a firmware issue. They're going to let me know when they fix it. I'll come back and let you know, if I remember. Hope they fix it soon.

Did that. Nothing helps. Support is looking into a fix. It sounds like a firmware issue.

Try your devices now. I was having issues kind of similar to that. It's been resolved. It was a firmware issue.
