Hi,

I have been using my nest devices (2 home minis and 1 hub) to listen to Radio France stations for years, and suddenly they won't play on any of my devices. Now I get some useless generic error that basically tells me nothing more than "it doesn't work". It's part of my morning routine and I didn't change anything: one morning it just stopped working.

This happened some time ago (weeks if not months). I waited a while to see if it might come back, but as it didn't I tried the Google support, which was frustrating and useless because they told me to go through all sorts of generic steps (like restarting my device, when it's clear the device is not the problem, or tying different wordings to start the stream). None made a difference.

Finally they told me to check with the radio broadcaster. So I contacted them, but I don't have big expectations on that side.

So I'm posting here as a last hope. Did anybody experience the same thing? Did you solve it??

I should add that the devices are physically located in Luxembourg. I suspect that there was some configuration change either on the Google side or on the Radio France side that now blocks the streaming of Radio France stations in Luxembourg... who could confirm that?
