Hi,

My Google Nest Hub is displaying dark bands or streaks on the screen. What may cause this, and is there a remedy?

Hi Melany,

The device was knocked over and fell from a shelf. It is still working, but that is when the display streaks appeared. The only troubleshooting I've done is to unplug it, let it completely power off, then plug it back in.

Hi, I've completed the form. The only new information added is that I stated in the thread that it was knocked over, it actually shimmied itself off from vibrating. It was at volume level 9.
