Nest Hub Mini not working

I got my google nest hub mini (2nd gen) about 1 month ago. It no longer lights up and no longer works. I've plugged it in and out multiple times but nothing has helped it.

Does your device show any light colours at all? Did you try a different power outlet and a different power cable to test?
