What does reset the hub mean? Reset each device? I have 20 audio devices and all of them stopped playing music on any service yesterday. They want me to reset each device or the wifi hub?

Both my wife and have Spotify accounts and are both unable to play more than 1 song on the Nest hub. This is one of the main purposes of the hub and if it doesn't work it is close to useless.

I have disconnected and reconnected the app on both accounts, rebooted the hub, I'm usong the same great wifi for both the phones and the hub, it happens if I manually cast from the phone and if I ask it to play music.

After it fails it no longer shows up in Spotify as a device to cast to

I chatted with Google support for over an hour. They had me change the DNS on my wifi, sign out of all sessions in Spotify, remove and re-add the hubs, and then ultimately reset the hub entirely. The reset seemed to work
