Thank you for your message. I can understand your concern of your Google device not connecting to WiFi. I would be more than happy to help find a solution with you. First, I have some questions:

Which nest device is this post in regard to? (model name, generation number)
Is this the first time you are setting up the device?
Is this a new issue? Was your device connected to WiFi before?
Is your device powering on?
Is your device showing up in the Google Home App?
Are you receiving any error messages? What does it say?
Have you tried to conduct a reboot or a Factory Data Reset on the affected device?
