Just bought the smaller hub. going to look to return the hub max b/c of the constant wifi issues. I even told unifi network to fix the hub max to the same AP. There is a wifi experience score and this is what it looks like over a 24 hour period.

Going to run a few more tests moving the device around with the smaller nest hub. This is bad and surprised Google hasn't addressed it.

I bought the nest home max about a month ago. This thing is horrible. Besides issues trying to get the nest camera to work on existing nest network like other have reported, my nest constantly shows the message that it it's trying to connect to the network with delayed answers from assistant. Then in the app it says the camera is offline. I'm not sure why this thing has so many issues. The hub is less than 15 feet away from my access point. At this point I have asked for a return label to return it. So disappointed. Might just buy the smaller one as my original neat hub has no connectivity issues.

I have returned this and kept the second gen hub. Moved the gen hub closer to an access point and have had no issues since. Very disappointed.
