Spotify on Google assistent for children under 13 years

Hi!

I have spotify family, but i cant connect my childs account in Google Home. When I choose spotify for music I get this message:

"Can't access this service. This service is unavailable for Google Workspace for Eucations users who are under 18 and children under 13".

When I try to log in to my childs account on spotify, I have no problems. Why are Google shutting them out?
