The sound control on the TV does not work

My Google nest mini stopped controlling the sound on my Samsung TV. The command "Hey google, volume e.g. 7 on My TV" no longer works and instead the sound on the Google nest itself is turned up. It's been a few days since it still worked. Other TV controls (turning on, off, changing channels) work normally.

Sound controls have been messed up due to the Sonos Lawsuit.. I imagine there will be issues like this while google figures everything out.

Same problem here. I can still mute the TV, turn it on/off etc, but when I try to adjust volume on the TV, google adjusts the nest volume instead.

Oddly, the "Hey Google, volume mute on my TV" command still works.

I restored the Google Assistant voice model yesterday and the volume control on the TV works.
