Google Hub - I can't get out of developer mode

I've acquired a Google Hub from facebook marketplace and it's currently in Developer mode. I can't seem to change the wifi settings (it's greyed out) and the factory reset doesn't work on it.

Any suggestions on what I can do to at least get out of developer mode and proceed with the setup using Google Home ?

@tk_100100 I would contact the person who sold it to you. There isn't any support here for devices set in a non-consumer use mode.

Hey tk_100100,

I am sorry to hear the device is stuck in developer mode, as this is not ideal. I would recommend trying a factory reset on the device, as this may help. If this does not work, I would recommend getting in contact with the person who sold it to you, as GothamNY mentioned.
