i have two nest hub max displays, both linked to two separate gmail accounts. both as of yesterday started rebooting every 5 mins or so. This cant be a random fault as its effecting two devices on separate accounts, so it most be a software update that has gone wrong. ive also tried removing both from the preview program. But that doesnt appear to be working, as in the devices still appear to be in the preview program

Hello jay1001,

Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry to hear that both of your Google Nest Hub Max are rebooting randomly. I definitely understand your concern, and would be more than happy to help find a solution.

First, could you try to do a Factory Data Reset on one of the devices? It will erase the device's stored information and reset them to the state they were at when you first took them out of the original packaging.

On the back of Nest Hub Max, press and hold both volume buttons together for about 10 seconds. Your Nest Hub Max will let you know that it's resetting.

Note: You can't use your voice or the Google Home app to factory reset Nest Hub Max.

Once you have completed the reset, see if that clears everything up. If not, please come back and let me know and we can look at more options.

Thanks.
